Heading out on a private jet can be exciting on its own. But heading to an incredible destination only adds to the entire experience.

The problem is that you cannot just choose any destination. After all, you are traveling on a private jet. That means you need to head to a destination that will enhance your trip and make it truly unforgettable.

So, where should you go? While the choice is ultimately yours, here are the top 10 private jet destinations for tourists. (psst… the airports are so close and convenient).

1. Aspen, CO

When you think of Aspen, CO, it is likely that the first thing to come to mind is skiing. And, during the colder months, skiing is a big deal here. However, there are other things you will find to do. This all-season destination hotspot offers visitors the chance to get on the slopes, go hiking, go horseback riding, enjoy fine dining, relax at local spas, partake in local events, and so much more.

Not only will the views take your breath away while in Aspen, but can you imagine what you will see while flying into the area? You’re going to want to look out the window.

2. Niagara Falls, Canada

Although you could see the falls from New York, why would you want to? Head on over to the Canadian side for an amazing experience. You can take a boat ride into the falls, walk behind the falls, go down into the Niagara Gorge on Cave of the Winds, and more.

Spend as much time as you would like at Niagara Falls because it is definitely a sight you can get lost in. But, when you are ready, there are other things to see outside of the area, too.

Dine at the Skylon Tower – 775 feet above the waterfalls – or take it up a notch with kart racing at Niagara Speedways. Of course, there is always shopping to be done, too.

3. Honolulu, HI

If warmer temperatures are more your style, hop on a private jet to Honolulu. You will find a lot of outdoor beaches to help you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. But you can also find adventures, such as ziplining, surfing, and horseback riding.

Immerse yourself in local culture, buying local goods and dining at hotspots that cater to locals. This is how to get the most out of your trip.

4. Manhattan Island, NY

There are so many different things you can do in Manhattan. There are so many places to shop and so many world-class dining experiences to have. And sure, taking in a show on Broadway or a stroll through Central Park are two must-dos while local. And how could we forget the Statue of Liberty?

One thing you won’t want to miss is the Metropolitan Museum of Art. It is the largest museum in the country.

5. Portland, ME

Although it has grown, Portland, ME can still make you feel like you are stepping back in time. This coastal community, Victorian architecture, and mountainous scenery can all add to the feeling you get while visiting.

Here you can indulge in some of the most delicious fresh seafood, go shopping, take in the art found in the Arts District, and more. You can also enjoy the views from afar or get up close and personal with the mountains and river by heading out on a hike.

There is a lot to do without all the hustle and bustle of big city life.

6. West Palm Beach, FL

In southeast Florida – about an hour north of Miami – lies West Palm Beach. Although it is close to the glitz and glamor of Palm Beach, the vibe here is much, much different.

West Palm Beach is along the east coast so access to the beach and a long coastline is always a bonus. You will experience delicious, multi-cultural cuisine, shopping, and a happening nightlife. If you love golf, you will surely enjoy the area.

7. Grand Canyon, AZ

One of the world’s natural wonders, visiting the Grand Canyon is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Whether you are standing at the rim and taking in the vastness of the canyon or you are deep within it, looking up – it is breathtaking.

Go hiking, white water rafting, horseback riding, and more. Local shops, tours, and other historical stops are all worth checking on, too.

8. Montreal, Canada

You will find the streets of Old Montreal lined with cafes, boutiques, and dining options. And some of the views in other areas, such as the waterfront area, are worth treating your eyes to.

The history runs deep here in Montreal. Make it a priority to visit Notre Dame Basilica, Canada’s first neo-Gothic church. Top-notch acoustics, religious artworks, and deeply-rooted religious and historical architecture make it one of those places you have to see at least once in your life.

9. Cape Cod, MA

Even if you have never visited, you have likely heard of Cape Cod and what it has to offer – especially its islands of Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyards. Just saying their name makes you feel like a vacationing New Englander.

Indulge in delicious local seafood, visit the artisan shops, get creative with an art class, sit on the beach, go for a bike ride, check out the vineyard, go whale watching… should we keep going on? For such a small space, there are so many things to do

10 Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Have you ever visited Toronto? When you do, you will find a cultural melting pot. And while we know this impacts all the incredible flavors of the food, dining isn’t the only thing the impact reaches. The art scene, galleries, and museums are filled with eclectic and diverse beauties for your eyes.

You won’t want to miss the Toronto Needle (the CN Tower) or a visit to the beaches along the city’s islands. Visit the country’s largest zoo, go for a stroll, and take in the sights, sounds, and scenes that are taking place all around you.

You have the list of destinations. All you need is your private jet. Where’s it going to take you?
